噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

2、爐料回收公司率高，容易清換爐料；

3、關鍵電氣設備部件均主要包括國外貨品，還具有耐磨性動態平衡，安全性高安全，運行生存期長，保護容易；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、遠程服務器進行雙極抑塵，首先級進行風暴脫離器，2級用活性炭濾芯式抑塵裝置，其總抑塵速率相當于99.99%這些；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各裝置電控軟件使用互鎖抑制，當這之中一裝置冒出錯誤代碼時，關聯裝置均變慢事業，噴槍變慢噴灑于；

8、房體用房子裝潢規劃，外裝簡明扼要、大方、標準，降躁功效好，且按照高效快捷。
